Hi Parents and Students,
Spring break is only a few days away. This time is a great opportunity for the students to focus on practicing those skills and concepts that we have been learning all year long. I would encourage you to provide a short time, maybe just 20 minutes, every day during spring break for your child to work on CRCT practice. The links are at the bottom of the page. You can also go to the georgiaoas site and enter in your child's username and password (on the cream colored paper that was sent home last month). This is a great opportunity for you to be actively involved in your child's education. This is also a way to "check up" on your child and see where they may be having some weaknesses or misunderstandings. Remember, all of our CRCT practice has been coming home in the blue and red folders, so you should be well aware of the areas that your child may be struggling in.
If you have any further questions or feel that your child needs additional support here at school before the CRCT, please contact me. We can work out some after school time for me to give your child some one-to-one attention in the area that they are struggling in.
Aside from those 20 minutes per day, please have a wonderful and relaxing spring break!
